 KOSMEK HYDRAULIC LINK CLAMP – MULTIPLE PRESSURE AND ACTION OPTIONS

Kosmek Hydraulic Link Clamp is available in multiple configurations covering single-action and double-action operation. The product range includes sensing models, hydraulic lock and release configurations, spring release options and high-pressure models, with operating pressure ranges from 0.5 to 35 MPa depending on the model.

1. Kosmek Hydraulic Link Clamp for Clamping Applications

Kosmek Hydraulic Link Clamp is designed in several configurations to meet different hydraulic clamping requirements. The range shown includes LKV, LKA, LKW, LJ, TMA-1 and TMA-2 models.

The models differ in operating action, sensing configuration, pressure range and release method. This allows the product range to cover both standard and high-pressure hydraulic clamping requirements.

The available configurations include:

• LKV: Double Action, 1–7 MPa
• LKA: Double Action, 0.5–7 MPa
• LKW: Double Action, 0.5–7 MPa
• LJ: Single Action, 2.5–7 MPa

2. Kosmek Link Clamp Model Options

The Kosmek range includes different configurations for hydraulic operation and sensing.

3. Double-Action Link Clamp Configurations

Three models in the range use double-action operation: LKV, LKA and TMA-2.

• The LKV is a 1-port sensing link clamp with an operating pressure range of 1–7 MPa. It is shown with Hyd. Lock / Hyd. Release operation.
• The LKA is a double-action link clamp with an operating pressure range of 0.5–7 MPa, also featuring Hyd. Lock / Hyd. Release.
• The TMA-2 is a high-pressure double-action link clamp with an operating pressure range of 3.5–35 MPa and Hyd. Lock / Hyd. Release operation.

4. Single-Action and Sensing Configurations

The range also includes single-action and sensing-oriented models.

• The LJ is a single-action link clamp with a steel body and an operating pressure range of 2.5–7 MPa. Its configuration is shown with Hyd. Lock / Spring Release.
• The LKW is an air sensing link clamp with a built-in sensing valve. It uses double-action operation and has an operating pressure range of 0.5–7 MPa. Its configuration is shown with Hyd. Lock / Hyd. Release.

These configurations provide different operating characteristics within the Kosmek hydraulic link clamp range.

5. High-Pressure Kosmek Link Clamp Models

For higher-pressure requirements, the range includes TMA-1 and TMA-2.

• The TMA-2 is a double-action high-pressure link clamp with an operating pressure range of 3.5–35 MPa.
• The TMA-1 is a single-action high-pressure link clamp with the same 3.5–35 MPa pressure range. Its configuration is shown with Hyd. Lock / Spring Release.

The two TMA models therefore provide both double-action and single-action options within the high-pressure range.
