1. Freeze-Dried Cantaloupe From Lam Dong, Vietnam
Tam Ngoc sources cantaloupe from Lam Dong Province in Vietnams Central Highlands. The fruit is transported to the companys 50,000-square-meter processing facility in Can Tho, where it undergoes sorting and preparation before freeze drying.
The processing flow includes washing, peeling, cutting and freeze drying. Freeze drying removes water through sublimation under low pressure, creating a lightweight dried fruit format while maintaining the characteristic color, aroma and flavor of cantaloupe.
The product is available in uniform cubes or slices, providing flexibility for different food applications. Tam Ngoc can also customize cut size and flavor intensity according to customer requirements.
