Product Uses
- Nep Sap can be used to prepare dishes such as sticky rice, banh chung, sweet soups, or to make fermented glutinous rice wine, ruou de, and ruou can.
- Glutinous rice flour is used to make various traditional cakes such as banh nep, banh giay, fried glutinous cakes, banh troi, banh gai, banh com, etc.
- It is also used to make dishes like butterfly pea sticky rice, white sticky rice, banana-wrapped sticky rice, and banh troi made from glutinous rice flour.

Usage and Storage Instructions
- Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Usage: Rinse the glutinous rice 2-3 times. Add water at an appropriate ratio and cook. When the rice is done, gently fluff before serving.
