Lima beans, also known as Phaseolus, originated in the Americas (Peru, South America, and the Caribbean) and are now cultivated in tropical regions worldwide. In Vietnam, they are also grown across the country. Lima beans are highly nutritious and beneficial for health. - Upon receipt, the raw beans are transported to Phu Minh Tam factory and sterilized using a modern fumigation system, then processed and packaged in a modern, closed production line. Beans meeting quality standards are weighed, packed, and labeled before entering the market. The entire process is strictly monitored from raw material to finished product to ensure the beans retain their natural flavor, are safe for health, and meet quality standards before reaching consumers.
Storage: Keep in a dry, cool, and ventilated place, away from direct sunlight.
Usage: Soak beans in water for 6-8 hours to allow even swelling, remove outer skins, rinse thoroughly, and use for: Sweet soups, sticky rice, other culinary preparations,
