Fragrant broken rice consists of rice grains that break during the milling and polishing process. Although the grains are uneven, they still provide abundant nutrition because the germ remains intact. - After being received, the raw materials are transported to Phu Minh Tam’s factory and preserved using a modern fumigation system before entering the closed production and packaging process. High-quality rice grains are ed, weighed, packed, and labeled before being released to the market. The entire process is strictly monitored from input to finished product to ensure the product retains its natural flavor, is safe for health, and meets quality standards before reaching consumers.
Usage and Storage Instructions
- Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Usage: Rinse the broken rice 2–3 times, add water at an appropriate ratio, and cook. Once the rice is done, gently fluff before serving.
