SOYBEANS
Soybeans, also known as Soya Beans, are cultivated in many regions across Vietnam with spring, summer, and winter harvests. They contain all essential amino acids that the human body cannot synthesize, including isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, tryptophan, and valine. Additionally, soybeans are considered a complete protein source because they provide a significant amount of alternative amino acids necessary for the body.
