Processing and Storage
- After receipt, the raw beans are transported to Phu Minh Tam factory and sterilized using a modern fumigation system, then processed and packaged in a modern, closed production line. Beans that meet quality standards are weighed, packed, and labeled before entering the market. The entire process is strictly monitored from raw material to finished product to ensure the beans retain their natural flavor, are safe for health, and meet quality standards before reaching consumers.
Storage: Keep in a dry, cool, and ventilated place, away from direct sunlight.
Usage: Soak in water for 6 - 8 hours until the beans swell evenly, wash thoroughly, and use for cooking sweet soup, sticky rice, or preparing dishes like white beans stewed with garlic, white beans stewed with chicken and mugwort leaves, white bean salad, white beans cooked with taro, white beans stewed with pig tail, white bean sweet soup, white beans stewed with beef tail, white beans stewed with pig trotters, white bean and black sticky rice sweet soup, etc.
