PEANUTS
Peanuts, also known as groundnuts, have the scientific name Arachis hypogaea. There are currently around 1,000 different peanut varieties grown across tropical countries and throughout Vietnam. Peanuts are highly nutritious, providing over 30 essential nutrients and plant-based compounds. They are an excellent source of niacin (vitamin B3), folate, dietary fiber, vitamin E, magnesium, and biotin.

Packaging
- The product is packed in PA/PE plastic bags with oxygen absorber packets according to standards: 250g/bag or 450g/bag.
Processing and Storage
- After receiving the raw peanuts, they are transported to Phu Minh Tam factory and sterilized using a modern fumigation system. They are then processed and packaged in a modern, closed production line. Peanuts that meet quality standards are weighed, packed, and labeled before entering the market. The entire process is strictly monitored from raw material to finished product to ensure the peanuts retain their natural flavor, are safe for health, and meet quality standards before reaching consumers.
Storage: Keep in a dry, cool, and ventilated place, away from direct sunlight.
Usage: Soak peanuts in water for 6-8 hours to ensure even swelling, rinse thoroughly, and use for: Sweet soups, sticky rice, other culinary preparations.
