SPLIT MUNG BEANS
In Vietnam, split mung beans are cultivated throughout the country from north to south. These beans contain various types of sugars, mainly sucrose, with glucose predominating over fructose. In addition, the fat content of dark green mung beans has relatively high biological value, containing 20 fatty acids, including a high proportion of unsaturated fatty acids such as linoleic acid and linolenic acid. Dark green mung beans are also rich in vitamins such as A, B1, B2, C, niacin, and minerals.

Usage and storage instructions:
- Store in a dry, cool, and ventilated place, avoiding direct sunlight.
Cooking instructions:
Soak the beans in water for 6-8 hours until evenly swollen, rinse thoroughly, and use for sweet soup, sticky rice, mung bean porridge, stewed meat with mung beans, sticky rice with mung beans, mung bean sticky rice, mung bean dessert, mung bean smoothies, etc.
