BLACK BEANS WITH GREEN KERNEL
Black beans with green kernel originate from Africa and later spread to Asia. Currently, black beans are grown across Vietnam, especially in the vast fields of the Mekong Delta. Similar to regular black beans, the difference lies in the inner color: green-centered black beans have a characteristic green interior. The beans are smaller than ordinary black beans, with a shinier, plumper, and firmer black exterior. They are delicious, creamy, and rich, containing high levels of Vitamin A, B1, and B2, which are beneficial for health.
