LAUNDRY WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM
* Treatment procedure:
Wastewater from production workshops is gathered to regulating tanks to regulate the flow as well as the concentration of waste. On the path of waste water to the regulating tank, the pH-adjusting chemicals are pumped quantitatively into the regulating tank to the appropriate level.
- From the regulating tank, waste water is pumped into flocculation tank under the effect of chemical flocculants, small precipitates are formed, suspended sediments and waste will cling to the precipitate surface.
- From the flocculation tank to create cotton, waste water continues to flow through the physicochemical settling tanks to settle biological mud from the flocculation process. The water above the sedimentation tank is led through a high-level oxidation tank to oxidize organic matter and kill microorganisms. Finally, water is pumped to the filter tank to filter out the sediment by the filter media before discharging to the receiving water.
