MAGNETIC LIQUID FILTER
1. Introduction
A magnetic liquid filter is used to remove impurities and contaminants from liquid-based materials flowing through a pipe. By capturing magnetic particles, these filters ensure a smooth, unobstructed flow and maintain the highest level of purity in the material. The powerful magnets used in these filters are also easy to clean.
2. Design
Our standard magnetic liquid filter features multiple rod magnets arranged in a technically optimized configuration. This ensures that every particle of the product comes into contact or very close proximity with the magnets.
3. Applications
Suitable for industries such as: Ceramics, Chemicals, Paper, Food, Minerals, etc.
4. Uses
Magnetic liquid filters remove ferrous metal contaminants, steel particles, and weakly magnetic particles (such as stainless steel processing residue, magnetic liquids, and powders transported under pressure). The powerful neodymium rod magnets are placed directly in the product flow and instantly filter out even the smallest iron particles—down to 30 microns—and weakly magnetic particles (stainless steel particles) that cannot be detected by metal detectors.
➤ Our magnetic liquid filters are specially designed for use in the food, pharmaceutical, and ceramics industries (for cleaning glazes, preventing black spots), and paint.
5. Self-Cleaning Magnetic Liquid Filter
This is an upgraded version of the magnetic liquid filter. It is used in closed-loop systems. The magnets are cleaned automatically without interrupting production. Not suitable for the food industry.
