Growing characteristics: Cultivated in the Mekong Delta, this rice is renowned for its light fragrance and unique taste.
Physical characteristics: Jasmine rice has long grains, typically about 6.8 mm in length. When cooked, it becomes sticky and carries a subtle fragrance.
