Product information
✪ Emulsifier belongs to the group of emulsifiers, thickeners, stabilizers which are esterified mixtures of Glycerin.
✪ Description: Powder, wax, white to cream color.
✪ Melting point: 60-70℃.
✪ Solubility: Insoluble in water, soluble in ethanol, benzene, chloroform.
✪ Packing: Weight: 25kg/bag
✪ Packing: Thick PE bag, carton to ensure quality and food safety
 
 
Practical application
➦ Dairy products and dairy products: Helps to increase and stabilize the contact surface of these fat lets during milk assimilation. Avoid layer separation phenomenon, rate 0.05 - 0.3%.
➦ Oil, margarine, butter: Create a homogeneous mixture without separation of layers.
➦ Instant coffee: Helps to stabilize the product when consumers brew it.
➦ Cream: Create structure and stabilize the product, avoid forming large ice crystals, rate 0.1% -0.2%
➦ Bread: Improve softness, improve dough stability, improve cake softness, create smooth and uniform structure, ratio: 0.3% -0.8%
➦ Cake: Increase volume, improve texture, ratio: 3% -10% compared to oil
➦ Candy: Improves taste, texture, and reduces stickiness when pouring.
➦ Snack: Provides a smooth and uniform structure, crispy to create a spongy, hard structure for the product, ratio: 0.1% -0.2% compared to flour
➦ Protein beverage: Stabilize fat and protein, prevent layering and sedimentation, ratio: 0.05% -0.1%
➦ Vermicelli: Increase porosity, dry surface, glossy, ratio: 0.1-0.5%. Use: Add directly to the dough or dissolve the DMG first and then add it to the kneading process.
