Sucralose Sweetener belongs to the group of synthetic, high-intensity sweeteners, made from cane sugar. Sucralose with good solubility in water, sweetness does not interact with food ingredients and has good stability at high temperature.

➦ It was approved by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the United Nations Agriculture Organization (FAO) in 1990 with an ADI dose of 0-15 mg/kg body weight.
➦ Some popular food groups are guided in the regulations of the Ministry of Health as follows:
+ Flavored liquid milk drinks: The maximum content used is 300mg/kg
+ Cream-like products: The maximum content used is 580mg/kg
+ Frozen fruit: The maximum content used is 400mg/kg
+ Chocolate-like products, or chocolate substitutes: The maximum content used is 800mg/kg
+ Diet food for weight loss: The maximum amount used is 320mg/kg
+ Flavored drinks, including "sports", "energy" or "electrolyte" drinks and other special drinks: The maximum amount used is 300mg/kg.
