♦ Glycine production process (reference)
- Glycine production method includes Glycinonitrile solution and hydrolysis reaction under the action of a microbial enzyme, thereby converting the Glycinonitrile into Glycine. In which, the hydrolysis reaction system contains at least one impurity organic compound that inhibits microbial enzymes, those impurity organic compounds have a molecular weight of 95 or more and have a unique structure. Specifically, the hydrolysis reactions were carried out under conditions where the impurity organic compounds inhibiting the microbial enzymes in the hydrolysis reaction system were maintained at 10% by weight.
- Using current methods, a Glycine is produced at a high purity, which is useful as a raw material for the pharmaceutical industry. Glycine has a sweet taste. When combined with Sodium Glutamate, Alanine-DL, or Citric Acid, it can be used in the production of alcoholic beverages.
