⇒ Registration Instructions
1. Required documents and information
- 02 Certified copies of the Company`s business registration certificate
- 02 Registration for using the code (Prepared by ELITE)
- 02 Registration form for product list using GTin code (Prepared by ELITE)
2. Duration
- Time to activate the code on the system (for online use) is 07 working days from the date of submitting a complete application at the National Center for Codes and Barcodes. We would like to note, the Code and Barcode Registration Certificate will be issued after 30 days from the date you have completed detailed information about the barcode product on the National Center for Codes and Barcodes
- After the code is activated online, we will guide and assist in declaring specific products for customers.
3. Validity of certificate of trademark registration
- According to new regulations in Circular 10/2020, the validity period of a certificate of the right to use codes and barcodes in case of new issuance shall not exceed 3 years from the date of issuance.
4. Fees
- State fees and charges for registration of codes and barcodes for 100 products, including maintenance fees for 3 years, are: VND 1,500,000
- State fees and charges for registration of codes and barcodes for 1,000 products, including maintenance fees for 3 years, are: VND 2,400,000
