Vien Dong STONE TILE ADHESIVE

1. General introduction:

- Vien Dong stone tile adhesive is a new technology adhesive specially formulated with cement, quartz sand grading components, polimer powder dispersion components to create highly active membranes, special additives such as waterproofing admixture - plasticizer admixture - fast curing admixture.

- Application: Used as a flooring material for granite, macble, ceramic tiles, norco, ceramic tiles, artificial art bricks, ... for areas such as floors, walls, indoor and outdoor roofs bringing uniform quality of tiling, lasting durability.

2. Construction instruction:

- Step 1 - Prepare the equipment:
Prepare rubber buckets (or plastic buckets), drill with paddle blades, serrated trowels, wooden trays (or rubber liners), rubber hammers, sponge pads.

- Step 2 - Mixing glue:
Mix the glue with water, slowly pour the amount of glue and the quantified water and stir with a hand stirrer. Quantification of water from 21% - 23% compared with the amount of dry glue (usually one time mixing 10 kg of dry glue using 2.1 - 2.3 kg of water), mixing time from 5 to 10 minutes to create a homogeneous mixture and achieve high ductility. Note: The mixture after mixing should be used at intervals not exceeding 50 minutes.

- Step 3 - Spread the glue:
Spread glue evenly on the surface of tiles, paving by using a serrated treadmill. The thickness of the glue depends on the flatness of the surface to be tiled (stone, ceramic). Typically spread glue from 2 to 5 cups (equivalent to 3 - 7.5 kg per m2). Note: Only enough glue should be spread from 0.3 to 0.4 m2 for one time

- Step 4 - Cladding, paving:
Place the materials to be tiled, paved on the surface of glue has spread. Using a rubber hammer (in the case of tiles, ceramics) to compress (by beating) the material to adjust the position of the cladding material.
