KOREA STONE ADHESIVE
1. General introduction:
- Common applications of Korea Stone Glues (SJ E-300):
+ Combined with hooks for laying large natural stone in positions of high-rise buildings, villas, corridors, elevators.
+ Used as a kind of glue to attach directly to large format stones at locations of corridors, elevators, floors, ...
- SJ E-300 consists of two components: Plastic component (Epoxy, component A) and hardening component (hardener, component B or hardener). These two components with 1: 1 mixing ratio are packed in two separate plastic containers (orange and blue), each containing 10 kg of product.
- SJ E-300 products have the form of flexible mortar, plastic component (A) is white, curing component is gray (or white for white product set).
2. Product characteristics:
- High mechanical properties (adhesion, ductility, elasticity, ...)
- Good adhesion to many surfaces of stone, brick, concrete, iron, wood, ...
- Construction period is long.
- Easy to transport, reasonable mixing ratio (A: B 1: 1)
- Use both indoors and outdoors.
- Widely applied in the construction of large-sized stone tiles, combining the eye-catching hanging tiles with great height, tiles, elevators and other special positions.
Note: To ensure the best physical and chemical properties of the product when using, try to bring the ratio of mixing the two components of the glue to close to the ratio of 1: 1 and thoroughly mix together before use. . The application time of glue after mixing depends on the ambient temperature (from 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the working temperature)
3. Application:
- Mounting stone, ceramic, wood, ...
Mounting stones on facades and elevators.
- Repairing concrete, metal, wooden tents, ...
4. Characteristics:

- High compressive strength
- Curing at low temperatures (<5 degrees C)
