STONE TILE GLUE SHILKALER
1. Introduction:
- Shilkaler stone tile adhesive is a new technology adhesive with high plasticity, good adhesion strength, excellent slip resistance with ultra-thin paste. Shilkaler composition consists of cement mixture binder, dispersed polymer for film formation, mixed with grained quartz sand and other special additives.
- Application field: Shilkaler is used to glue, clad, paving, ordinary bricks with dimensions up to 100x100cm such as ceramic tiles, mosaic tiles, baked ceramic bricks and natural stones in the floor and wall areas, applied to Every location works indoors and outdoors.
2. Application of Shilkaler tile adhesive:
a. Indoor and outdoor floors:
- Concrete slabs, intermediate floor beams, concrete floors (Tiles and natural stones with dimensions of up to 100x100cm, ...).
- Coating of cement, sand and cement mortar lying on the ground (Brick and natural stone with the size <1000x1000mm).
- Floors with hot air duct system below.
b. Interior and exterior walls:
- Concrete wall, cement mortar (Brick & stone with size <1000x1000mm).
- Indoor plaster walls (Tiles have the largest size 300x300mm).
c. Old floors and walls that need renovation:
Shilkaler allows to be applied directly to the surface of old tiles & paving slabs without the need to tear down all old paving materials, including underlay mortar, old bricks and paving stones like traditional construction methods.

5. Attention when using:
- Do not use for foundation, freezing or thawing.
- No need to soak bricks & paving stones into water before construction.
- No need to water the substrate before application
- Safety: Shilkaler is a cement based product, thus alkaline. Appropriate measures should be taken to minimize direct skin-to-skin contact.
