Fuji Autumn Harvest Matcha is produced from tea leaves harvested between August and September each year.
The product features a green color with a yellowish hue, a strong tea flavor with a pronounced astringent aftertaste, and a light, naturally fresh aroma.
100% pure matcha green tea powder, free from additives, preservatives, and artificial coloring.
The product is suitable for cooking, sweet soups, yogurt, baking, ice cream, matcha chocolate, facial masks, and skincare applications. It is only recommended for beverages if you prefer matcha with a strong and clearly pronounced astringent finish.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Facial Masks:
Thanks to its excellent anti-aging support, reportedly up to 20 times stronger than vitamin E, and its ability to help protect against UV damage:
- Oily skin: Matcha + water
- Dry skin: Matcha + fresh milk
- Melasma / freckles: Matcha + fresh milk + royal jelly
- Skin care: Matcha + rice water
Apply the mixture evenly to the face, leave on for 20 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
Baking & Ice Cream: Mix matcha powder at a ratio of 1%–1.5% into the baking or ice cream ingredients.
Seafood Dishes: Add matcha powder to the sauce near the end of the cooking process to preserve the fresh matcha flavor and aroma.
STORAGE
- Store in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and high temperatures.
- Shelf life: 12 months from the production date.
Note: Matcha powder may gradually turn yellow over time due to natural oxidation. It remains safe for use if stored properly. To maintain the best quality after opening:
- Store matcha powder tightly sealed in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and heat. For optimal color and aroma retention, refrigerate after opening.
- Use within 1 month if stored at room temperature, or within 3 months if stored in the refrigerator.
