Fuji Summer Harvest Matcha is produced from tea leaves harvested between May and July each year.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Beverage Preparation:
Pure Matcha: Add 1 teaspoon of matcha powder to a cup, pour in water at 60–80°C, stir well, and drink.
Matcha Latte: Adjust the ratios according to preferred tea strength and sweetness:
- 3g matcha + 80ml fresh milk + 20ml sugar
- 4g matcha + 100–120ml fresh milk + 25–30ml sugar
- 5g matcha + 120–150ml fresh milk + 30–35ml sugar
Baking & Ice Cream: Mix matcha powder at a ratio of 1%–1.5% into the baking or ice cream ingredients.
Seafood Dishes: Add matcha powder to the sauce near the end of the cooking process to preserve the fresh matcha aroma and flavor.
STORAGE
- Store in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and high temperatures.
- Shelf life: 12 months from the production date.
Note: Matcha powder may gradually turn slightly yellow over time due to natural oxidation. It remains safe for use if stored properly. To maintain optimal quality after opening:
- Store matcha powder tightly sealed in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and heat. For best color and flavor retention, refrigerate after opening.
- Use within 1 month if stored at room temperature, or within 3 months if stored in the refrigerator.
