1. What is glossing additive powder?

Glossing additive powder is a good solution for products that require high clarity and gloss at the most reasonable cost. 2. Uses of glossing additive powder:
- Glossing additive powder is an agent that increases the transparency and gloss of PE and is becoming a new standard. With glossing additive powder, haze values can be reduced by half compared to the original performance before PE.
- Glossing additive powder based on oleamide fatty compound with formula C17H35CONH2, this is a compound of macromolecular fat derived from Stearic Acid with chain links based on peptide bonds, so the additive helps the surface of the skin. The product surface achieves high gloss due to its bridging properties between PE branches.
- Glossing additive powder is considered a processing aid, creating smoothness and product uniformity during the film-blowing process, increasing film production productivity by 1-3%, and helping the screw to minimize friction. friction, acting as a lubricant. Therefore, corrosion of the screw is reduced, increasing economic efficiency.
- Glossing additive powder is derived from oleamide lipids of macromolecular compounds so it does not affect when used in wrapping films, food bags, etc.
- Glossing additive powder does not have a negative effect on the ability to seal and paste, as well as the adhesion of printing ink or glue.

5. Instructions for use:
After nearly finishing the process of mixing glue with colored plastic masterbatch and some other additives (fillers, taicals, toughness increasing beads, etc), we add 0.2 - 0.4% of glossing additive powder, because by then the glue particles have been mixed evenly and tend to carry an electrical charge, so the powder increases gloss when added at this stage will be evenly adhered to the glue particles without flying away, increasing efficiency and achieving the best quality.
