DESICCANT ADDITIVE MASTERBATCH
1. Characteristics
- Desiccant additive masterbatches for plastic have a flat elliptical shape with excellent water absorption ability, which can be up to 20% of the weight.
- Desiccant additive masterbatches are mixed directly with plastic materials such as: PE (LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, etc), PP, etc
- Usage rate: 2%-5% depending on the humidity of the working environment and the humidity of the raw materials. Desiccant additive masterbatches do not affect mechanical properties when used. According to test results: Desiccant additive masterbatches maintain 100% dehumidification effect within 12~24 hours from contact with glue material.

* Note:

If you put they out of the packaging, they will quickly absorb moisture inside and this reduces the effectiveness of the products moisture barrier.
