1. Characteristics:
- UV stabilizer is an active ingredient that blocks ultraviolet light that helps stabilize amino polymer radicals of the N-R group, protecting the polymer from changes caused by ultraviolet rays and maintaining longevity due to temperature effects.
- Has good compatibility in polymers, low volatility, low migration for use on clean, smooth surfaces, and high heat tolerance.
- The low melting point makes it effective for use on plastic substrates such as PP, PE, PS, styrene, acrylic, PVC, plastisols, elastomers, adhesives, sealants, etc.
- UV stabilizer is a combination: has the effect of resisting heat during processing, increasing the process of retaining plastic color during plastic processing.
- UV stabilizer is an excellent stabilizer for systems containing high weights of carbon black, and can be used in combination with phenols, phosphorus antioxidants, lower weight HALS, and UVAs to Good performance rating when used outdoors.
- Use with Sulfur containing additives such as DSTDP or DLDTP may not have a harmful effect on UV effectiveness.
- Provides long-term thermal stability, protecting the physical and mechanical properties of the polymer during storage and use - High efficiency and good synergies are achieved when combined with Songnox 1680 or secondary anti-aging agents other.
