DESIZING ENZYME

Desizing enzyme not only make dyes desizing completely, but also have no damage effect on fiber, thus achieving the best effect in the dyeing process. Only focus on the decomposition of starch size and has no bad influence on plant fiber. Enzyme treatment to ensure the desizing thoroughly and security, so recommend to eliminated various types of natural and modified the sizing agent.

Application and desizing process in textile industry
Rolling:

✽ For thick fabric, it is recommended that should be pre-washing at 80-95 ℃ and add 0.5 g/l nonionic penetrating agent. Heating the size in liquid tank and if it necessary to add calcium salt and regulate pH before adding enzyme. The temperature of liquid tank should be lower than dipping tank around 10 ℃.

✽ For thin fabric, the bath time should be longer, enzyme dosage will be appropriate reduce. If water is very soft (condensate or demineralized water), calcium chloride adding e is more stable and suggest to add 0.2 g/l CaCl2.2 H2O, the equivalent of 60 PPM calcium ion concentration. The desizing impregnated mangle rate should be controlled in 100% or higher.

✽ Keep dipping temperature and fabric on scroll by wrapping for 2-4 hours, and can also be stored in the low temperature. Especially for heavy cloth, suggest to wash by 90-95 ℃ and add detergent or 5-10 g/L of caustic soda (NaOH), and then rinse thoroughly with hot water.

Notice: If the temperature in the dipping tank is very that should be stay for one night.

Steaming

✽ For thick fabric, it is recommended that should be pre-washing at 95 ℃ and add 0.5 g/l nonionic penetrating agent. Heating the size in liquid tank and if it necessary to add calcium salt and regulate Ph before adding enzyme. The temperature of liquid tank should be lower than dipping tank around 10 ℃.

✽ For thin fabric, the bath time in steaming box should be longer, enzyme dosage will be appropriate reduce. If water is very soft (condensate or demineralized water), calcium chloride adding is more stable and suggest to add 0.1 g/l CaCl2.2 H2O, the equivalent of 30 PPM calcium ion concentration. The desizing impregnated mangle rate should be controlled in 100% or higher.

Bath

Desizing water is steaming for 3-5mins at 80-100 ℃,after that washing at 90-95 ℃.
