✽ Emulsification process
- When using, first mix 1 portion emulsifiers and 3 portions of silicone oil for 20-30 minutes, then add 1% glacial acetic acid to the oil for stir10 minutes, then slowly add water.
- The water volume just starts to be 5% of the proportion of silicone oil. At this time, the emulsion state is thicker, and the water must be fully stirred evenly before each time, so that the water can be added next time.
- After adding 10 times continuously, the water volume can be increased to 10% of the crude oil ratio. Transparent and uniform liquid can be obtained by adding 10 times continuously, and then water can be added according to the required concentration.
- It is suggested that the ratio of crude oil to emulsifier is 3:1, and AEO-9: XL-40 2:1 is recommended as emulsifier. If the viscosity is high during emulsification, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether can be properly added to 10% oil to emulsify.
Notice
When emulsifying and diluting, the amount of water in the early stage must be small and slow, and water can be added quickly after the system changes from viscous to dilute

The specific process can be adjusted according to the sample testing. If the hand feeling style is used after finishing, the emulsification ratio can be reduced as follows: crude oil: emulsifier 5:1
