✥ Stability: Stable to acid, alkali, electrolytes and hard water

Properties and fields of application
ღ Negligible shade fades,which efficiently prevent low stripping and shade change.
ღ Slight shade change and does not affect original style.
ღ After treated,obviously improves fastness of rubbing, soaping and perspiration fastness.
ღ Outstanding alkali resistance,can be used in mercerizing process of cotton after fixation.
ღ Free of formaldehyde, complies with environmental requirements.
ღ Resistant to chlorine bleaching.

Application
✥ High concentration product and can be diluted 3-5 times.
✥ To guarantee subsequent fixing performance, please rinse the dyed fabrics completely to remove residual dyestuffs, salts and alkalis before fixing. Soaps if necessary.
✥ Dipping
- HT-WBG70:1-3% (O.W.F)
- Bath ratio:1 : 8-15
- Temperature and time:40-50℃ x 15-20 min
- Procedure:
Dyed fabrics → Dip in fixing bath for 20-30 min at 40-50℃→ Rinse → Dry
✥ Padding
- HT-WBG70: 10-30 g/L
- Procedure:
Dyed fabrics → One dipping and one padding in fixing bath at room temperature → Setting

Packing and storage
ღ Packing: 125 kg/polyethylene drum
ღ Storage: Keep it cool and dry, 6 months in sealed container at room temperature.
