Working principle of Nitrogen Gas Generator
➠ In the machine there are 2 containers, this container is filled with absorbent particles with oxygen gas principles provided that the volume of Oxygen is smaller than the volume of N2 gas.
In the first container, when these absorbers have absorbed enough oxygen, they will start the process of generating nitrogen gas, this process will be transferred to the second tank to continue the process of increasing purity of nitrogen gas.
➠ This process is done by letting the oxygen absorbers stay, after these absorbers keep enough Oxygen, they will regenerate again by giving compressed air through tank 1 to can discharge oxygen into the environment, when the second tank absorbs enough oxygen, the process will switch to tank 1 and tank 2 will wait to be regenerated again.
➠ And this process will be repeated until the N2 Nitrogen gas reaches the required purity, usually, for the concentration of Nitrogen gas to achieve a purity of 99.99%, the process of gas generation It will take about 20-30 minutes.
