Structure of Kimar Screw Air Compressor
● Compressor head: It is responsible for compressing air from low pressure to high pressure then circulating cooling oil throughout the machine.
● Main motor: The main motor in the oil screw compressor structure is usually a 3-phase motor, frequency 50Hz.
● Oil separator: It is the place where the mixture of gas and oil is put in by the compressor.
● Minimum pressure valve: This pressure valve creates a pressure in the oil separator to allow the oil to circulate in the engine idling.
● Inlet air filter: A part that helps to remove impurities and dust before entering the compressor.
● Inlet valve: Is the part that helps the compressor to change the running speed and prevent oil from the machine from overflowing into the air filter when the machine stops working.
● Transmission compartment: The part that plays the role of transmitting the movement from the engine of the machine to the two screw head shafts. The transmission compartment always has 2 parts: gearbox and coupling. The transmission cavity is connected between the engine and the compressor of the machine.

Principle of Kimar Screw Air Compressor
