CNC MACHINING SERVICE
Introduction
- As you can see in the name, we are a CNC Machining Company. Our processing plants are located in Vinh Phuc, Binh Duong and Saigon. Every month CNCTech makes more than a thousand drawings of different parts for various types of automation machinery, molds, automobiles - motorcycles, electronic equipment, etc. Our main outsourcing services include:
+ 3-axis and 4-axis milling
+ 2 axis turning
+ Electrical pulse and wire EDM cutting
- Along with many finishing stages after machining, from surface treatment to assembly. Our goal is to provide you with fully integrated manufacturing services that optimize cost, quality and delivery time.
Dimensions and tolerances
- Milling process: 1,300 x 670 x 625 mm
- Horizontal milling process: 800 x 750 x 850 mm
- Turning process: D481 * L1,275 mm
- Tolerance: With normal tolerance we control from 0.02 to 0.1 mm. For some types of parts such as molds, CNCTech can machine to a tolerance of 0.005 mm.
Materials
- We purchase and import materials according to JIS, ASTM, DIN, GB and some other standards., including a wide range of common engineering plastics and alloys and some special materials on request:
+ Metals: Aluminum, Titanium, Brass, Red Copper, Stainless Steel, Alloy Steel, Inconel.
+ Plastic: ABS, PC, PMMA, PEEK, PTFE (Teflon), POM (Delrin), PA (Nylon).
+ CNCTech also develops and cooperates with partners to produce pre-engineered workpieces such as:
• Pressure die-cast aluminum billet (we design and manufacture molds)
• Stainless steel billet or molten aluminum billet (coreless casting)
• Gravity casting, sand casting
