MOLD PROCESSING SERVICE
Introduction
♦ After many years of processing, sliders and other mold components for Japanese customers, we started making mold sets in 2014. A large customer cooperated with us to develop new telecommunications equipment. Today, if you watch TV or access the internet from Vietnam, there is a good chance that you are using the service on a device manufactured from our mold.
♦ CNC Tech manufactures plastic injection molds and pressure molds for telecommunications electronics, consumer electronics, motorcycles, smart IoT devices serving customers from Japan, Italy, Israel and domestic.
♦ We also accept maintenance, repair, or change the design of molds according to the requirements of customers.
♦ Mold materials: P20, HPM7, PAC500, FDAC, SS420, NAK80, Nimax, SKD61, S-Star, Stavax, Beryllium Copper, and occasionally A7075.
♦ Outer mold layer: Kishin (Futaba), LKM or import as specified.
♦ Standard spare parts: Misumi, Punch or imported (DME).
♦ Hot runners: Yudo, Husky or buy on request.
♦ Cavity roughness according to the standards of Nihon Etching, VDI.
Mold size and feature
- Plastic injection molds up to 450 tons molding machines: We test all molds in-house before delivering to customers.
- Aluminum pressure die casting machine up to 800 tons casting machine: These molds will be tested at our partner workshop.
- Plastic mold with s (e.g. battery, nut or screw).
- Family-mold with flow stop for single cavity casting for small production.
- Mirror polishing molds for details such as turn signals, taillights, and speedometer faces.
