From plastic injection molding to assembly
♦ CNCTech provides plastic injection molding services and specializes in manufacturing various types of plastic parts for telecommunications equipment, home electronics, motorcycles, IoT devices and other assembling products. We operate nearly 150 presses with clamping forces from 75 to 450 tons in factories in the North and the South.
♦ Our factories regularly mold engineering plastics such as ABS, ASA, HIPS, PC, PBT, PMMA, PA, POM, and TPEE. Plastic beads are often accompanied by flame retardant additives and in some projects also reinforced with fiberglass.
♦ The company performs many stages to complete the product after casting:
+ Plug nuts or screws (by heat or ultrasonic)
+ CNC machining for grooves and holes
+ Screen printing and tampo printing
+ Glue the film to protect the surface
+ Semi-finished assembly and packaging
+ Painting and plating (done by neighboring partners)

- Machine size (clamping force) up to 450 tons (Equipped with pliers equivalent to 550 tons machine).
