1. Origin of wastewater

- Domestic wastewater: generated mainly from toilets and kitchen. Domestic wastewater contains organic substances, bacteria, etc causing pollution with low concentrations in accordance with biological treatment methods.
- Surveying waste sources to assess pollution levels, thereby giving the optimal treatment method to reduce investment costs. If the establishment has both domestic wastewater and wastewater from the production process, we will treat it according to the domestic wastewater treatment process.
2. Ceramic tile production process
- Preparation of raw materials: White clay, cyanide, dolomite, Felspard, Oxitmagie, zinc powder, limestone powder, colorants, electrolytes, water, quartz, etc
- Shaping: The glue is spray-dried to form a powder. The dough is kept in silo, then transferred to the conveyor and conveyed to the storage tank, then into the dump truck and fed into the injection mold for forming presses.

- Inspection and packing: The dried products are passed through sorting devices (mechanical strength testing equipment, size testing, warping). The satisfactory products are packed and put into the warehouse.
