BOP CTC Black Tea, or Broken Orange Pekoe CTC Black Tea, is the largest granule in the CTC range. It produces a brisk, bright and strong cup with a malty profile that maintains its strength with milk and sugar. The grade is suitable for milk tea, chai, tea bags and blending applications.
1. BOP CTC Black Tea For Milk Tea And Chai
BOP CTC Black Tea is produced using the Crush, Tear, Curl process, in which tea leaves are processed into small, even granules. As the largest granule in the CTC range, BOP retains more leaf character while providing the strong brewing performance associated with CTC tea.
The dry tea consists of large, firm granules ranging from black to dark brown. Compared with smaller CTC grades such as PF and PD, the larger granules color the water somewhat more slowly during brewing.
BOP is mainly used for milk tea and chai, where its strong cup can carry milk, sugar and spices. It is also suitable for tea bags and as a blending base.

4. BOP CTC Black Tea Specifications And Export Supply
BOP CTC Black Tea is produced at the companys own factories in Phu Tho and Yen Bai, Vietnam. The Yen Bai factory holds ISO 22000:2018 certification, Certificate No. 31905-FSV from Vinacontrol.
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is supplied with each lot. SGS or Dai Viet Control inspection and pesticide or heavy-metal reports can be arranged per shipment upon request.
Export documents include invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate and certificate of analysis.
5. BOP CTC Black Tea Packing And Private Label Supply
BOP CTC Black Tea is available in PP/PE bags, kraft paper sacks, export cartons and vacuum aluminium bags.
Standard net weight ranges from 20–80 kg per bag, depending on the packing type and grade. A 40HC container loads approximately 23 tons, while a 20ft container loads approximately 11.5 tons with standard bulk packing.
Private-label options include custom-printed bulk bags, private-brand tea bags and retail packs such as boxes, zip bags, aluminium bags and tins.
The minimum order is one 40-foot high cube container. The approved pre-shipment sample serves as the order reference.
