Sylex Nano Seal is a premium alkali-resistant exterior primer designed to provide an impeccable base layer that effectively resists alkali attack and moisture intrusion, ensuring long-term protection and maintaining the building’s pristine appearance as new.
Sylex Nano Seal is specially engineered to achieve optimal compatibility with the premium Sylex Nano Shield exterior topcoat range, forming a complete exterior coating system that delivers comprehensive protection for your property under all harsh weather conditions.

Application Instructions
Stir thoroughly before use.
Apply using roller, brush, or spray gun.
Thinning
The paint is manufactured ready for use after thorough stirring.
If dilution is required, add no more than 10% clean water.
Drying Time
The typical surface drying time is approximately 45 minutes ensure a minimum interval of 2 hours between coats.
A minimum drying time of 4 hours is required before applying the exterior topcoat.
Storage: Store the product in a dry, well-ventilated area. Place paint containers upright and keep lids tightly sealed.

01 – 02 coats of Exterior Wall Putty
01 – 02 coats of Sylex Nano Seal Alkali-Resistant Primer
02 coats of Sylex Nano Shield Topcoat
Application Advisory
Surfaces must be clean, dry, free from peeling, and free of contaminants that may impair adhesion such as dust, grease, moss, or mold. Use appropriate chemical treatments to remove moss and mold. For chalking old wall surfaces, completely remove the existing paint film prior to application.
All cracks must be properly repaired before painting.
The moisture content of the wall surface must be below 16% as measured by a Protimeter moisture meter, or allow the surface to dry for at least 21 days under normal weather conditions (average temperature 30°C, ambient humidity 80%). Do not apply paint when the temperature is below 16°C or when ambient humidity exceeds 90%.
