FROZEN ONIONS

1. Product Information

Frozen onions are made from fresh, clean onions harvested from certified growing regions in Vietnam. The onions are peeled, washed, sliced ​​or diced , and then quick-frozen at -18℃ using IQF technology, preserving their color, flavor, crispness, sweetness, and nutritional value.

Onions are rich in vitamin C, B6, fiber, and natural antioxidants, making them an essential ingredient in cooking and food preparation.

• Product:  IQF Frozen Onions

• Specifications: Sliced, diced, or as requested.

• Pack: PE bags 500g, 1kg cardboard boxes 10–20kg

• Color: Off-white, with a purplish tint (depending on the type of onion)

• Generic: Aloe vera cut into cubes, aloe vera cut into strips

• Specifications: Cut into 1x1cm blocks, 2x2cm blocks, or cut into strips as required.

• Color: Characteristic white

• Preserve: -18℃ or lower, shelf life 12–18 months
