FROZEN DURIAN

1. Product Information

Fresh durian is ed from famous durian-growing regions in Vietnam such as Cai Mon (Ben Tre), Ri6, Monthong, and Dona. The durians are perfectly ripe, with golden, creamy, and rich flesh and a distinctive flavor. After peeling and removing the seeds (or leaving the segments intact depending on customer request), the product is quick-frozen (I QF) at -18℃ , preserving the color, aroma, and nutrients of fresh durian.

2. Product description

- Generic: Durian segments (seedless), whole segments, pureed durian flesh, or whole durian fruit.

- Specifications: Individual IQF packaging, vacuum-sealed or block packaging.

- Color: Golden yellow, a characteristic color of durian.

- Humidity: ≤ 20%

3. Using the product

• For family use: Eat directly after thawing, or use in smoothies, cakes, and ice cream.

• Food industry: Ingredients for ice cream, mooncakes, yogurt, and durian dessert.

• Exports: Frozen Vietnamese durian (especially Ri6 and Monthong varieties) is highly sought after in China, South Korea, Japan, and the EU.
