c) Must fully comply with fire prevention and fighting (FPF) regulations as prescribed by law.
★ Enterprises trading gas via pipelines, in addition to meeting the conditions above, must have gas pipelines and gas filling stations that meet all legal requirements on safety and fire prevention.
★ Enterprises trading LNG must, in addition to the above, have LNG filling stations or LNG refueling stations for transport vehicles that satisfy safety and fire prevention standards.
★ Enterprises trading CNG must meet the conditions under Point a and c above, and must possess CNG tank trucks, CNG compression stations, gas filling stations, or CNG refueling stations for transport vehicles that comply with all safety and FPF regulations.
╰❥ Conditions for Retail Outlets Selling LPG Cylinders:
★ Must be a legally registered business under Vietnamese law.
★ Must hold a minimum 1-year LPG supply contract with a certified gas trading enterprise with a valid Certificate of Eligibility (except for company-owned outlets).
★ Must meet legal requirements on fire prevention and firefighting.
╰❥ Conditions for LPG Cylinder Filling Stations, LPG Tank Truck Filling Stations, and LPG/LNG/CNG Vehicle Refueling Stations:
★ The station must be owned by a legally established business entity.
★ The station must be approved by a competent authority for construction investment.
★ Must meet all applicable fire safety and fire prevention requirements.
