The old tin and chromium plating tank lines have been corroded and oxidized, affecting the tin-free steel coating process. Ha Thanh uses specialized equipment to remove the old coating (Flake + FRP + Epoxy) and replaces it with a special flake mortar system specifically used in the TFS industry.

Ha Thanh applies the unique OHJI Flake HF-141 mortar system, which is specially designed to resist high-temperature chromic acid and restore the plant for reuse of the long-used high-grade tin and chromium plating line with a new flake lining system to ensure stable and long-term use.
