Ha Thanh is fully equipped with facilities such as a 4000mm inner diameter x 12m long autoclave and a dedicated workshop for lining and bonding various types of straight pipes, elbows, and reducers ranging from 1 inch (DN25) to 16 inches (DN400) with a maximum length of straight pipes from 2.75m to 6.0m. The lining and bonding speed is extremely fast, accurate, and economical, meeting the requirements for quality, time, and large delivery volumes on schedule.

Ha Thanh provides services for hot bonding anti-corrosion rubber inside all types of standard steel pipes from size DN25 to size DN2500 operating in corrosive and abrasive environments caused by organic and inorganic solutions with high concentrations, temperatures, salt water, liquids, gases, high temperatures, and strong impacts used in chemical, food, petroleum, steelmaking, electricity, mining, shipbuilding, and other industries.

The rubber lining for small-diameter, long, curved pipes and components on pipes is vulcanized in bulk in a steam autoclave.
