(Applicable from 2017 until new price list is available)
NOTICE:
- The above prices do not include 10% VAT. If the investor requires an invoice, an additional 10% of the listed price will apply.
- The quoted prices only apply within Ho Chi Minh City, and for projects located within 20 km from the company’s headquarters.
- Additional costs for overtime during nights, Sundays, and holidays will be charged at 500,000 VND/session.
- Full-day pile driving supervision costs will be charged at 1,000,000 VND/day.

Supervision of Pile Driving
- Inspect the quality, quantity, and origin of piles delivered to the site.
- Verify the exact location of pile centers and distances between piles.
- Inspect load distribution for the pile driving equipment.
- Monitor pile driving: ensure the vertical alignment of the piles, pressure gauge readings, and welds between driven piles are according to the design.
Supervision of Structural Frame Construction
- Inspect and approve the grid lines and elevation of all structural components.
- Inspect and approve the installation of column, beam, slab, roof formwork, and decorative elements for accurate dimensions and cleanliness.
- Inspect and approve the installation of reinforcement for columns, beams, and slabs: check the type, quantity, spacing, and placement of rebar splices and chairs.
- Monitor the quality of concrete: inspect input materials, mixing ratios, column alignment, and slab flatness.
- Ensure that all materials, including rebar and formwork, are free from rust and damage.
- Supervise the concrete curing process for all structural elements.
- Oversee safety protocols, including labor safety, fire prevention, and electrical safety.
Supervision of Brickwork and Plastering
- Inspect the origin and quality of materials used for brickwork and plastering, including bricks, sand, cement, and mortar mixing ratios.
- Verify wall alignment before plastering begins.
- Inspect wall alignment, connections, and dimensions before plastering.
- Supervise the curing process for walls.
- Inspect and approve the finished plaster: ensure wall flatness, alignment, corner angles, door height, and width.
- Monitor the entire curing process for walls.
Supervision of Electrical and Plumbing Work
- Inspect the type and quality of materials for installation as per the contract.
- Supervise the installation of the entire electrical and plumbing system.
- Pressure test (check pressure) the water supply system.
Supervision of Finishing Works
- Inspect and approve all materials for construction finishing.
- Inspect surface cleaning and waterproofing for the roof, bathrooms, and balconies.
- Inspect cleaning and connections before floor screeding and tile laying begins.
- Inspect and approve floor and wall tiling, including granite tiles.
- Inspect and approve materials used for gypsum, putty, and paint applications.
- Inspect and approve gypsum and paintwork.
- Inspect and approve the installation of electrical and plumbing equipment.
- Inspect and approve other finishing items, including doors, kitchens, granite, stairs, handrails, and decorative partitions.
- Together with the investor, verify and confirm any additional work or variations (if applicable).
- Inspect the entire project and approve it for handover and use.
