Pricing for structural construction based on PS standard (3.2 million VND/m²): (Using premium steel, high-quality materials, high safety standards, and earthquake resistance of 0.75 Richter)
- Townhouses, terraced houses, and tube houses: 3,200,000 VND/m²
- Villas and offices: 3,200,000 – 3,400,000 VND/m²
- Classical villas, European style: 3,500,000 VND/m² (with an additional 500,000 VND/m² for decorative moldings)
Pricing for structural construction based on VN standard (2.7 million VND/m²): (Saving steel and materials, following Vietnamese standards of safety)
- Townhouses, terraced houses, and tube houses: 2,700,000 VND/m²
- Villas and offices: 2,700,000 – 2,800,000 VND/m²

Turnkey Construction Contract
▬ The economic contract is signed between the "Investor" (Party A) and Saigon Construction (Party B), represented by the companys Director.
▬ Included documents:
- Technical design drawings.
- Construction cost estimates.
- Construction schedule.
- Supplementary contract annexes during the project.
- Various reports and the project logbook.
▬ The contracted workload will be based on the agreed construction method.
▬ The contract value consists of two main parts:
- Material Supply: Defined by mutual agreement on material provision.
- Labor Contract: Based on a unit price per square meter (excluding 10% VAT on labor costs).
▬ Contract Details:
- Duration: From the start of construction to project handover.
- Payment Method: By cash or bank transfer, divided into multiple installments based on the completed work.
- Material Supply: Both parties are responsible for ensuring timely material delivery, with specifications agreed upon in advance.
