1. Product Overview

❖ Type: PVAc water-based adhesive, single-component
❖ Characteristics: Liquid adhesive, milky white in color
❖ Application: Bonds veneer to wood boards, MDF, plywood
❖ Applicable Materials: Bonds wood or plastic veneer to wood boards, laminated wood, MDF, etc.
❖ Packaging Specifications: 1kg bags, 20kg cartons, 25kg containers, 200kg drums, and 1000kg tanks
❖ Usage Instructions:

• Surface preparation: The bonding surface must be smooth, free from warping or dust, with moisture content below 13%.
• Adhesion time: The shorter the time between adhesive application and bonding, the better the adhesion.
• Pressing: Veneer-covered wood boards are pressed either with heat or cold, depending on the type of veneer and adhesive used.
• Adhesive ion: Choose the appropriate adhesive based on the porosity of the wood and bonding area.

❖ Storage: Keep sealed, store at an ambient temperature of 25-30°C. Shelf life: 5 months.
