1. Product Overview

❖ Type: Two-component adhesives suitable for cross-laminating softwoods, medium-density hardwoods, and hardwoods.
❖ Characteristics: Liquid adhesive, milky white in color.
❖ Packaging: Available in 1kg bags, 20kg cartons, 25kg containers, 200kg drums, and 1000kg tanks.
❖ Usage Notes:

• Surface Preparation: The bonding surface must be planed smooth, free of warping and dust, with a moisture content below 13%.
• Adhesion Time: The shorter the time between adhesive application and bonding, the better the adhesion strength.
• Pressing: Veneer-covered wood boards may be pressed using either heat or cold, depending on the type of veneer and adhesive used.
• Adhesive Selection: Select the appropriate adhesive based on the woods porosity and bonding area.

❖ Storage: Keep sealed, store at an ambient temperature of 25-30°C. Shelf life: 5 months.
