VIETTANK PRESSURE VESSELS
Lexfas specializes in manufacturing various types of pressure vessels on modern assembly lines, leveraging a highly skilled team of engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality and safe products.
A pressure vessel, also known as a pressure tank, hydraulic accumulator, or hydraulic pressure tank, is a container designed to compress and store hydraulic energy. Due to its function in storing hydraulic energy, it is used to supply energy, balance hydraulic systems, and ensure the safety of hydraulic machinery and water pumps.
☞ Basic structure
Pressure vessels consist of two main components: The shell and the core.
❖ Shell: Made of steel or stainless steel (SS304-SS316), capable of withstanding very high pressures.
❖ Core: Comprises two essential parts:
- The first part is lined with EPDM rubber membrane to contain hydraulic oil during operation, connected to the hydraulic oil inlet and outlet.
- The second part surrounds the membrane and contains nitrogen gas at a specific pressure.
