1. THE DEFINITION OF GOODS DESTRUCTION:

❖ Demolishing waste is the disposal of a type of goods by legal methods to ensure that the goods are not reused for the original purpose.

❖ Current legal regulations on destruction of goods:

• Law No. 72/2020/QH14 of the National Assembly: Law on Environmental Protection
• Decree No. 08/2022/ND-CP of the Government: detailing a number of articles of the Law on Environmental Protection
• Circular No. 02/2022/TT-BTNMT of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment: Detailing a number of articles of the Law on Environmental Protection
  

2. REASONS FOR GOODS DESTRUCTION:

❖ A Chau Environment will design and make a thorough plan for the treatment solutions based on the information provided by the Customer or after an actual survey (if necessary) to ensure that the designed waste demolition plan will meet the requirements.

• Expired goods and raw materials.
• Demolition of goods temporarily imported for production in the form of temporary import for re-export but imported raw materials are in excess or no longer produced
• Goods are not allowed to be circulated on the market, goods have violations of import and export tax
• Enterprises proactively dispose of goods since the expried goods can stop selling product lines on the market, defective manufactured goods
• Goods damaged due to fire or explosion
