✓ Faster cutting speed so productivity is much higher than laser source 4kW or less
✓ High-power fiber laser cutting machine uses low-pressure assist gas, so it uses less gas, resulting in lower operating costs per meter of cutting. For example, a 4kW fiber laser cutting machine for cutting 20mm iron needs an oxygen pressure of about 1.2 bar while a 6kW source only needs a pressure of 0.8 bar. 4kW laser cutting machine when cutting 10mm stainless steel requires nitrogen gas pressure of about 17 bar, 6kW machine only needs pressure < 10 bar.
