SPC 2060 cnc plasma cutting machine uses European 6 axis cnc controller and 4 Japanese Yaskawa servo motors, the drive system is by Taiwan ball slider and inclined gear bar for smooth and precise movement.
❖ Specifications
➢ Solidly designed with steel box 200 X 200 mm thick 10 mm. Consists of 3 axes X, Y and Z. The frame of the machine is designed in the form of a bridge with 2 motors on both sides to ensure fast and gentle movement, especially without shaking when reversing.
➢ On the machine, a total of 4 Japanese servo motors are used, including: 1 servo motor for X axis (Horizontal axis), 2 servo motors for Y axis and 1 servo motor with brake for Z axis (To prevent the torch from slide down when shutdown).
+ The drive system uses TBI ball bearings and Taiwan gear bars.
+ Plasma cutting torch (Son Vu is always equipped with an anti-fracture device and an automatic height controller): 1-2 torches
