MING ARALIA
Overview of Ming Aralia
- The plant has the scientific name of Polyscias Fruticosa, which is a tree of the Ngu Gia Bi. Plants are quite easy to grow, often grown for their roots, stems, and leaves.
- Distribution:
World: China.
Vietnam: Grown in many places for ornamental purposes, leaves for spices and roots for medicinal purposes.
Planting process
- Based on the companys requirements on growing clean medicinal plants, the technical department prepares a technical procedure for growing and caring for medicinal plants based on the IPM program (Integrated Pest Management) and GLOBALGAP standards.
Planting season
- Ming aralia can be grown all year round if there is enough water, usually plant in the rainy season is the best, but if planted without calculating and taking advantage of favorable weather conditions, it will be costly and ineffective.
Planting land
- Depending on the local soil conditions to choose the right type of soil and location, it can be grown on mixed sandy soil, red soil, red basalt soil, black soil, can be intercropped with industrial crops such as: Rubber tree, etc
Seed
- The tree grows and develops well, does not suffer from pests and diseases, is not too young or too old, does not suffer from mechanical wounds.
Fertilizer
- Basal fertilizing
+ Processed microbial organic fertilizers according to the manufacturers recommendations.
+ Time to apply: Can be applied once before planting, or divided into 2 times/crop
- Top dressing:
+ Pure: N: 414kg, P: 244kg, K: 400kg
+ Commercial products: Bio-Urea: 800kg, MAP: 400kg, K2SO4: 800kg
Weeding
- Principle: Handmade, absolutely do not use plant protection drugs to eliminate weeds.
Watering
- The watering system must be designed and installed according to the companys instructions immediately after planting. The water source will be treated through a filter system before watering the plants.
Plant protection products
- When using pesticides, it must be approved by the company.
- Do not use growth stimulants.
- Use biologic drugs or drugs of biological origin.
